It's an honour to get to tell your love story. Whether I'm capturing your proposal or documenting your wedding day, my goal is always the same: to preserve all the special, fleeting moments of love & connection so that you have them forever. The little laughs you share, the bursts of joy, the glimpses of how much you love one another shining through – I'm not sure there's much in life that matters more.
My approach is gentle and authentic. I'll try to make you laugh, I'll help you loosen up, I'll charm your family & friends. I really believe that how you feel makes the biggest difference in how the photo looks, so my focus is always on helping you relax and have fun with it. After all, the genuine & sweet love you share is doing all the heavy lifting here, I'm just here to photograph it.

What are your values?
I believe that all love + all families are beautiful and should be celebrated. That includes groups that have historically been marginalized or under-represented: people of colour, Indigenous folks, queer and trans people, those in larger bodies, and folks with disabilities. Social justice matters to me, and my goal is to continue learning and create an inclusive business that is welcoming and in celebration of all people.
In broader terms, I deeply value integrity, excellence, and transparency, both in myself and in the clients I work with.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in Hamilton with my partner & our dog Bruno, but I love to travel. If your event or shoot is taking place in Hamilton, Toronto, or most of the GTA, I currently don't charge travel fees. Reasonable travel fees will be charged for further destinations, with one big exception: since it's a dream of mine to shoot destination weddings, if you hire me to shoot your wedding, I will cover my own flights! You'd just be responsible for my accommodations & photography fee.
What is a photoshoot guide?
Consider it like your personalized handbook on how to best prepare for your photoshoot! It usually has suggestions for what to wear, things to remember, and reminders to take care of your energy leading up to our time together. I love to answer all your questions up front so that you can feel as peaceful, grounded, and present as possible on the day of our shoot.
How soon will we get our photos?
For most shoots, you'll receive your photos within a maximum of 6 weeks after our shoot date. For weddings, photos are typically delivered within 12 weeks, with sneak peeks within 3 weeks. All photos are delivered through an online gallery where you can choose your favourites, share with your friends & family, and of course download to your heart's content.
What matters most to you about photography?
I consider it a pretty big honour (and responsibility) to be the person capturing the important parts of your life. It matters to me that the photos look & feel like you, and that the process of having them taken feels as wonderful as the end results. I pride myself on my strong attention to detail & ability to befriend your family, and I want us to have fun together!
Most of all, I want to capture memories that literally make you smile when you look at them.
